Training Options:
1:1 personal training- If you have specific needs and want individual planning, then 1:1 training is for you. I can train you in my home or will travel to your home.
Partner Training- Partner training is great if you really need that extra accountability. Train with a friend or I can set someone up for you.
Group Training- This program is unique because you are outside with a small group. We will do interval training, circuit training, endurance training, and core/stability training.
Nutrition Planning/Analysis-What you eat plays a huge role in getting results. I can make you a specific meal plan and analyze your food journal, as well as do a home visit and grocery store tour.
