About Kelly...

Kelly Johnston has been working in the fitness industry for over 20yrs.  She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and AASDN Nutrition Specialist and believes you must achieve a lifestyle balance in order to lose weight and get healthy.
Kelly works with all fitness levels, including weight loss programs to intense boot camps.  Her goal and passion is to help people live a healthy life in a fit body.

Balanced Lifestyle Training


Changing your life is a huge commitment.  You must modify your current behaviors and constantly make choices that move you closer to your goals.  It does take hard work and dedication, but if you know it's worth it, you can do it.

Training Options:

1:1 personal training- If you have specific needs and want individual planning, then 1:1 training is for you.  I can train you in my home or will travel to your home.

Partner Training- Partner training is great if you really need that extra accountability.  Train with a friend or I can set someone up for you.

Group Training- This program is unique because you are outside with a small group.  We will do interval training, circuit training, endurance training, and core/stability training.

Nutrition Planning/Analysis-What you eat plays a huge role in getting results.  I can make you a specific meal plan and analyze your food journal, as well as do a home visit and grocery store tour.
