Choose a Nutrition Program that's Right for You

Do you want to get healthy, fit, and lose some weight?  These programs will hold you accountable for your daily choices.  If you want to change how you look and feel, you have to change what you are doing.  If you are ready ... these programs are for you!!!

*Basic Program: $150

This plan is for someone who is just getting started on their nutrition journey. You will find out how many calories you should eat each day, as well as the breakdown of protein, carbs, and fats. You will learn how to read labels and know what to look for when shopping for food. We will work on little changes to help put healthier food on your plate. It's all about planning ahead, so you will practice planning your meals in advance and going to the store with a shopping list. As you log your food on myfitnesspal.com, you will see the breakdown of what you are eating and learn to make every calorie count. Your goal will be to add more nutrient dense food into your diet.

The Basic Plan includes:

  • 90 minute 1:1 to go over program, take measurements, set calorie goals
  • Grocery store tour to look at labels and find healthy foods
  • Weekly food log evaluations using www.myfitnesspal.com
  • Specific weekly focus on nutrients
  • Week 6 and 12 evaluation and measurements

*Level 1 Challenge: $75

This plan is for someone who wants to be challenged week by week and doesn't necessarily need to log their food anymore. You will read YOU on a Diet by Dr. Oz throughout the challenge to get a full understanding of what is happening inside the body when you eat certain foods. By the end of the challenge you will know your strengths and weaknesses when it comes to food and how to deal with them.

Level 1 Challenge includes:

  • 45 min. 1:1 to go over challenge, take measurements, and set SMART goals
  • Weekly challenges... just focus on one nutrition goal each week
  • Weekly nutrition education emails from Kelly
  • Week 6 and 12 evaluation and measurements

*Level 2 Challenge: $75

This plan is for someone who is ready to take their nutrition to the next level...eating clean.   Just like Level 1 Challenge, you will have a new challenge to accomplish week by week; however, you will "add-on" each week. So whatever you do week one, you will continue to do for all 12 weeks. By the end of the program, you will be eating "real" food that is full of nutrients.   This is what detox is all about, putting nutrient dense food into your body, as well as lots of water, to rid the body of toxins. We will use the book The Eat Clean Diet Recharged by Tosca Reno.

Level 2 Challenge includes:

  • 30 min. 1:1 to go over challenge and review book, take measurements/pictures, set goals
  • Weekly challenge...get a new challenge each week, then continue on as you get a new challenge the following week
  • Weekly reading assignments from Tosca's book
  • Weekly nutrition education emails from Kelly
  • Recipes to try from Tosca's book
  • Week 6 and 12 evaluation and measurements

*Level 3 Challenge: $50 (6 weeks)

This plan is for someone who has completed all of the above programs and is ready to try a "Plant Strong" Diet. We will be using the Engine2 Diet by Rip Esselstyn, an Austin Firefighter who uses incredible research to show why eating a diet mainly of whole grains, vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts and seeds builds a healthy body. The Engine 2 Diet is meant to be done in four weeks, but we will take six weeks to slowly take away dairy, animal protein, and oils. We will start each morning with hot lemon water, a healthy breakfast, and continue with nutrient dense food the rest of the day. I will help you with shopping lists and new recipes to try each week. Why not see how you feel after six weeks of completely eating healthy!

Level 3 Challenge includes:

  • 30 min. 1:1 to go over challenge, review book, and take measurements
  • Whole Foods grocery store tour
  • Weekly challenges that will push the envelope when it comes to healthy eating
  • Weekly recipes to try with a shopping list
  • Weekly nutrition education emails from Kelly
  • Week 6 evaluation and measurements
