The meals were prepared by everyone as they learned how to cook with nutrient dense foods that are mighty tasty.


Healthy Meals

We had a fantastic 3-day retreat at a lakehouse in Horseshoe Bay. 

 

What a great group of women who attended.  We focused on Dr. Oz's book,

You on a Diet.  We wanted to understand why it's difficult to lose weight, especially

if you go on a diet. 

 

There are so many factors that play into this weight gain / loss game.  You have to look at hormones, food allergies, inflammation, stress, and especially your emotions. 

 

One of  our workshops looked at body image and how the media and your family plays a huge role in how  you view yourself.
